Childhood.

I don't know about you guys, but I really think that the toys I used to play with in the past totally trumps the toys kids have these days. I was packing my old cupboard and I pulled out my old toys.
The cat toy is actually some sort of yoyo. It was quite popular back then. I'm not sure my reason for the choice of a cat since I am quite afraid of cats. But oh well. The next six are from the brand Pound Puppies I think.

When opened, it looks like this.
I remember my sister and I had so much fun hiding the little dogs into the secret hiding places that was in the house. It was really fun.
I think this was The Littlest Pet Shop. Yeah there's also the new version of The Littlest Pet Shop which doesn't look too bad too, just that it's really expensive now.
This is from Sylvanian. Yup they had little carry-around sized toys too.
Haha didn't bother to arrange the furniture.

I will never forget Polly Pocket. Those were my absolute favourite. I didn't take a picture of them cause they weren't kept in my cupboard.. But yeah Those born in the 1990s would probably remember them. Such fond memories of innocent childhood. I love it.

So I was kept occupied with such toys in my childhood, whereas now, children are given iPads as toys. Come on.. Kids need to be outdoors and running and interacting with other kids. Not playing by themselves on an electronic gadget. When I was working in Universal Studios, I saw kids playing with iPads and iPhones while eating. Holy s***, you bring your kids to a theme park and you give them iWhatevers to play? Seriously? I never understood that.
