10/2/10: Wednesday- Out with some of the class girls: Jolene, Olivia, Eileen, Karyn and Dan.
11/2/10: Thursday- Out with Cammie to watch Valentine's Day. Wasn't as good as I thought it would be, though Taylor Swift's acting is quite funny. Then went out with Yuheng to shop for his Chinese New Year clothes. That was the day I found out that guys are just girls in disguise (oops Yuheng hahaha). They just don't shop as often as girls. Hahaha.
14/2/10: Sunday- CNY Day 1 BUT I worked. So no visiting of relatives but my sister helped me to collect the ang paos (which reminds me, I haven't opened a single one)!
The fourteenth to the twenty-first of February was Universal Studio's soft opening, and I got a chance to serve outside guests. It was a really scary experience, especially cause I was cashier for the first time. But it's really fun! On the second day that I was cashier, I only made one mistake (which wasn't even my fault, but whatever)! Hahaha. So exciting!
24/2/10: Wednesday- The most slack work day ever. So we took pictures! This was the day that I realised that I really like going to work!
25/2/10: Thursday- Of course, everything has it's ups and downs.. A colleague of mine thoroughly pissed me off, till my boss even asked me, "You okay or not?".
26/2/10: Friday- Taught the newer people how to make waffle cones!! First cone I made of the day had no holes!! Super excited after that. Then went with Val to Timbre at Old School to meet Yuheng after work. Drank my first official alcoholic drink and guess what, it was horrible. Lychee martini. :/ Then we went to Istana Park and played bridge and haha I realise I don't know how to play properly. Left for home about 11pm I think. Latest I've been out aside from New Year's eve. It's the last time (excluding results day) that I'll be seeing Yuheng. :(
27/2/10: Saturday- Went to IKEA with Yuheng to eat lunch. Then after lunch we went to look at the pre-decorated rooms at IKEA. After looking at all the rooms we sat down and watched a little bit of (500) Days of Summer on my iPod.
The only decent picture. I look cock-eyed in the one we took in the nicest room, thanks to this thing called reflection. Hahaha. After that, I went for reunion dinner with some of my mother's side. It was rather boring (cause I was sitting beside my cousin's girlfriend and we don't even know each other), but I finally got to toss yu sheng after so many years.
Got a text saying I'll be working tomorrow!! But I'm dreading waking up at 6.30am. It's like waking up for school all over again.. But still, I really enjoy work cause I'm really happy and it's as if everyday I'm entering a fairytale!
